Liberty Insurance Advisors and Community Insurance Consultants are essentially one and the same agency.  CIC is the General Agency and LIA is a sub agency.  Phil markets his agency under the name Liberty Insurance so is the direct contact for his client's inquiries as a rule.  

CIC technically holds the policies that are written under Liberty Insurance because they have the agency contracts with the various carriers.  As such, your policies will reflect CIC as the agency of record with all their contact information. For faster contact and service you should contact Phil directly for any needs, but the primary office can also redirect you or handle any requests if necessary.
